Julia Granacki
Women’s Health Coach & Pilates Instructor
Julia Granacki is a board-certified (NBC-HWC) Women’s Health Coach and Pilates Instructor. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Kane School of Core Integration.
At the age of 43, she found herself in perimenopause, living with burnout, joint pain, and poor body mechanics from sitting at a desk most of the day. Exasperated at the lack of information and attention given to women’s health issues, she started a podcast about the subject. Then she left her cushy Real Estate Development Finance job of almost 15 years to become a Health Coach and Pilates Instructor!
As a multidisciplinary practitioner, she is dedicated to empowering midlife women to take control of their health, understand their bodies, and become more joyful, vital, and active!
What she finds most rewarding about coaching and Pilates is supporting clients in overcoming limiting beliefs about their health, mobility, and strength because she feels everyone deserves to feel their best at every age!
When she’s not coaching clients through menopause or yelling, “Keep your pelvis in neutral!” you might find her yelling, “Shoot it!” at a Devils hockey game. She lives in the Garden State with her husband and two dogs.
