Menopause for Movement Professionals

with Julia Granacki

March, 21st 2025 2:00pm-5:00pm

Fee: $160

With more than 100 estrogen receptors in the body, the cluster of symptoms—such as arthralgia, frozen shoulder, gluteal tendinopathy, sarcopenia, decreased bone density, and osteoarthritis—are heavily influenced by fluctuating estrogen levels. Yet many movement professionals lack training on the associated Musculoskeletal Syndrome of Menopause because it was only recognized in March 2024.

In this three-hour workshop, we will examine the link between estrogen and the musculoskeletal system, the conditions related to menopause, and the most effective treatment strategies. We will also discuss best practices for educating clients using empathy, curiosity, and the “coach approach.”

Recording available to all participants.
