Stephanie Lang Bittner (@bittnermovement) is the co-founder of The Movement Study. Born in NYC and raised in Bucks County, PA, movement has always been a part of Stephanie’s life. From the rigorous demands of performing on Broadway and being a member of the Radio City Rockettes to relearning how to walk after a life threatening car accident, moving her body has been a constant source of inspiration.

Stephanie received her Pilates certification from the Kane School and held the position of Senior Instructor, Teacher Trainer and Education Director at Kinected for over a decade. She is certified to teach Core Align, Record and Bodhi Suspension programs, is a Level 1 GYROTONIC® Instructor, has completed the Advanced Neurological Conditions course through The Neuro Studio and is currently working towards her certification in McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Technique®.

Stephanie customizes on-going holistic exercise programs for individuals who prioritize wellness. She has over 20 years of teaching experience and is acutely aware of the effects of trauma on the human body and spirit. Her love for performing and understanding of recovery has filled her with empathy and her keen awareness of healing through MOVEMENT guides her now in her treatment of so many others.

Stephanie is proud to partner with Monica Mordaunt on The Movement Study journey!

She maintains her busy practice by spending time with her supportive husband, Rich, their amazing son, Cooper and sweet dog, Adelaide. Together, they enjoy traveling, birding, gardening, and snuggling.
