If you have ever been curious about adding strength training to your current movement plan, then this workshop is for you!
Join Nadine Hildebrand for her upcoming workshop and dive into concepts to empower you with the tools to get strong, move better and reduce pain. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to refine your approach, this workshop is designed to help you progress confidently and to teach you how/where to start.
Participants will
learn proper technique
integrate strength and mobility training to help improve posture and prevent injury
explore concepts like progressive overload, reps, sets and strength adaptations using weights and resistance bands
As a Pilates and Yoga instructor trained in Switzerland, Nadine found that she needed to incorporate strength training to help balance her issues and injuries. She has first hand experience on how to add weight into any workout to effectively improve health and wellness. Her knowledge and encouragement will make this a worthwhile investment for anyone wanting to successfully add a new challenge for themselves or their clients.
This workshop is offered simultaneously in person and virtual on zoom. In person spots limited to 12. Recording link will be available for 2 weeks.
